Thank you for choosing Venro Coffee Co. We are committed to ensuring your coffee arrives fresh, on time, and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Shipping Destination
• We currently ship within the United States only.
• International shipping is not available at this time.
• All orders are shipped to the verified address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order.
2. Order Fulfillment & Transparency
Venro Coffee Co. operates as an online specialty coffee storefront. To guarantee maximum freshness, our premium coffee is small-batch roasted, fulfilled, and shipped directly by our trusted fulfillment and roasting partner:

3. Processing & Handling Time
• Handling Time: Orders are prepared and packed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 12:00 AM PST will begin processing the following business day.
• Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a live tracking number.
4. Shipping Rates & Estimated Transit Time
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total:
• Free Standard Shipping: All orders totaling $35.00 or more qualify for complimentary standard shipping.
• Standard Flat Rate: A flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 applies to orders below $35.00.
• Estimated Transit Time: 3–7 business days via trusted domestic carriers (USPS / UPS).
5. Order Tracking
• A tracking number will be sent to your registered email address once your order has shipped.
• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update, depending on the carrier.
• If your package has not arrived within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@venrocoffee.com.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Packages
• Damaged Goods: If your package arrives in damaged condition, please email us at support@venrocoffee.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or correction promptly.
• Missing Packages: If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but the package cannot be located, please contact us at support@venrocoffee.com. We will initiate an investigation with our carrier partner on your behalf.
• Customer-Entered Address Errors: Venro Coffee Co. cannot be held responsible for packages lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout.
7. Address Changes
Due to the speed at which our fulfillment facility processes orders, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered the processing queue.
If you need to make an urgent address correction, please contact us immediately at support@venrocoffee.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched.
8. Returns & Refunds
We stand behind the quality of every bag we ship. Venro Coffee Co. offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all orders.
