Orders & Checkout
Browse our shop, choose your coffee, grind type, and bag size, then add to cart. At checkout, enter your shipping details and payment info. You'll receive an order confirmation email right away.
Because orders are roasted and fulfilled quickly, we have a very short window for changes. Email us immediately at support@venrocoffee.com. We'll do our best, but cannot guarantee changes once the order enters processing.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are SSL-encrypted and secure.
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still don't see it after 30 minutes, contact us at support@venrocoffee.com with your name and the email used at checkout and we'll resend it.
We don't currently offer gift wrapping, but you can include a personal note in the order notes field at checkout and we'll do our best to include it in your package.

Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. All orders ship to the verified address provided at checkout.
- Processing & Handling: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays)
- Transit Time: 3–7 business days via USPS / UPS
- Order Cut-Off: Orders after 12:00 AM PST begin processing the next business day
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $35.00 or more
- $5.99 flat rate on orders under $35.00
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a live tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update. If you haven't received tracking info within 3 business days, contact us at support@venrocoffee.com.
Check around your door, with neighbors, or in your mailbox. Carriers sometimes scan packages a few hours early. If it still hasn't appeared within 24 hours, email us at support@venrocoffee.com and we'll open an investigation with our carrier.

Due to the speed of our fulfillment process, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order enters our system. If you need an urgent correction, email us immediately at support@venrocoffee.com.

Most coffees are available in whole bean and standard ground. Select your preference on the product page. For the freshest flavor, we recommend whole bean if you have a grinder at home.
Our coffee is roasted and packaged in facilities that may process allergens. If you have specific allergy concerns, contact us at support@venrocoffee.com before ordering.
We partner with Temecula Coffee Roasters in Covina, California, who small-batch roast and fulfill every order on our behalf. This delivers roaster-fresh coffee straight to your door at a great price.

Freshness & Storage
Our coffee is small-batch roasted to order — roasted after you place your order, not sitting in a warehouse. Your coffee arrives within days of roasting, at peak freshness and flavor.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and heat
- Keep in the original resealable bag or an airtight container
- Avoid the refrigerator — moisture affects flavor
- Freezing is acceptable for long-term storage of unopened bags only
For the best flavor, consume within 30 days of opening. Ground coffee loses freshness faster than whole bean — another great reason to go whole bean if you can!
Yes! Our bags feature a one-way degassing valve that lets CO₂ from freshly roasted beans escape while keeping oxygen out — preserving aroma and freshness longer.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and in original packaging. Opened coffee bags are non-returnable due to their perishable nature.
Email support@venrocoffee.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Once approved, we'll send a prepaid return shipping label at no cost. Do not send items back without first receiving authorization.
Once we inspect your return, you can choose:
- Refund to original payment method — processed within 5–7 business days
- Store credit — applied immediately
Email support@venrocoffee.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Non-returnable items:
- Opened coffee bags
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, view order history, and save details for faster checkout next time.
Click "Log in" at the top of the page, then "Forgot your password?". Enter your email address and you'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
